Michele Reginaldi si occupa di strutture modulate in ottone, interessato da una idea ispirativa che coniuga architettura e arti visive, sottraendole ai rispettivi ambiti disciplinari per nuovi compiti incrociati, in cui le forme elaborate propendono in modo indistinto ora a fare degli elementi plastici una architettura, ora l’inverso.

Morphologies around the circle

On the occasion of the Exhibition by Michele Reginaldi entitled “Disegni e costruzioni” [Designs and Constructions] at the Oratory of the Passion in the Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio in Milan in April 2005, Vittorio Gregotti acknowledged the author’s very clear ideas on the relationships between architecture and the visual arts and their disciplinary tasks, “to the extent of prompting an appropriate reconsideration of the Renaissance idea of these relationships”.
